Whoh, what a day this one was! If you’ve been around the block with me here for a while, you’ll recognise these two! I’ve photographed them multiple times before, so they’re used to being in front of the camera! After photographing their proposal just over 12 months ago at Nimbo Fork Lodge, the countdown was on for their big day!

Their wedding reception and ceremony was held on a beautiful private property in North Wagga, that belonged to some dear friends of theirs. I remember Charlotte saying something along the lines of “You’re going to lose your mind when you see this place” and oh boy, what a stunning property! (makes me wish I could be a gardener, but I totes am NOT)

Okay story time. The Friday night before the wedding, Olivia was struck with the awful vomiting bug going around daycare and was up ALL NIGHT vomiting. And in true Mum life fashion, I didn’t sleep ONE BIT that night. Yup. Pulled an all nighter, but not the fun kind. Now. I know I talk about community over competition all the time, but my god did my community pull through that weekend! My good friend and fellow photographer Brianna from BG Photography in Wagga came to the rescue (after my 4:00am desperate plea for help) and was there at last minute to second shoot for me all day! She showed up with snacks, water and Red Bull, exactly what I needed – haha!

Now Rey and Russell have been friends for years, crossing paths in the logging industry with both their works. So watching Rey be a best man was SO much fun and such an honour to witness! You’ll soon see that Russell has the most contagious smile, and was genuinely sooo happy to be marrying his best friend! ALSO, they agreed to do a first look (sooo sweet) and Charlotte had a sneaky gift to give Russell….hint, brides to be, do a boudoir session for your fiancé 😉 This moment was GOLDEN to watch haha! Can’t wait to see it on video!

It was so beautiful to see so many friends surround these two on their wedding day, they truly are so loved by so many! The vendor list was top notch and it’s always such a blessing to work along side such talented people! Also, highly recommended hiring a saxophone player for your reception?! WHAT!

Also, shout out to Brianna for keeping cheap champagne in her boot at all times, in her words “it’s brewing ready to go and pop for photos!” #winning

Sorry that I was running on 100% adrenaline and probably looked like a sloth BUT, look at how good your wedding was?! PS, heard you broke the dance floor?! 10/10 for party effort!!!!
