Sam + Jeff | Brucedale Chapel and Uneke Warehouse Wedding

Weddings

My very last wedding of 2019 (late November) went out with a beautiful bang, and it was a delight to photograph this intimate celebration for a loving, and very deserving couple (sorry, not sorry long post ahead…)

I apologise for the delay in blogging this one, I really do. But, I can say that I tried not to work “too much” over the Christmas/New Year’s break, and I’m only just now getting back into the swing of things after a wild few weeks (If you’ve been living under a rock, our region, near Tumut, has been on fire since New Years).. ahh but it’s all finally settling down!

Never the less, I’m so excited to finally share with you this beautiful wedding!!! This was my first time photographing at Brucedale Chapel, and oh boy! My dreams coming true! The most stunning garden space, and the tiniest, cutest little chapel (and only 10 mins out of Wagga town centre!)

I’ve photographed at Uneke Warehouse now a few times, and it’s always such a privilege to be invited back! Sam, this lovely bride, actually works at Uneke, and found my photography after watching me work as a photographer during another wedding there months prior to theirs (whoh, small world) so I definitely felt grateful and loved, thank you team Uneke!!!!

And continuing on with something I started last year… here are some kind words from the Mr and Mrs themselves, sharing their own perspective on their wedding… enjoy!

Tell us about your day… “We chose simple and easy for as much as we could. We really wanted the day to be easy and carefree, and just about the two of us. We chose not to have a bridal party and are so happy with that decision as it made the day & the lead up feel less overwhelming.”

If you had advice for couples planning their wedding, what would you say? “Don’t spend the day worrying if your guests are having a good time. This is your day and the only ones that matter are you and your partner. Enjoy every second because it’s over before you know it.”

What was your experience with Roslyn Clare Photography like so far? “Amazing. Roslyn was so easy going and made us both feel comfortable in front, of the camera which is not easy. She was on top of the communication through the lead up to the day and was honestly there to make sure we were looked after, from fetching us water to fixing my hair. Just a beautiful person and an incredible photographer.”
