“Our love is deep and dark and old like these beautiful trees… but it’s also new and light and fresh like the air around us… it’s natural in every way, and every day, no matter where we are, you make me feel like I’m home.”
A few weeks ago I was privileged to photograph an elopement in the Sugar Pines for the sweetest couple and their two dogs! There’s just something so wonderful about a “small wedding”. Just two people in love, two of their closest friends (as witnesses) and their doggos! Oh, the homemade berry pies (from the little berry farm in Laurel Hill), cookies and cups of tea in the camper mugs just topped it all off!
This was the second time I’ve photographed a marriage with Lauren as the celebrant, she is just such a joy to be around and I love the way she conducts a ceremony! Ash from Bespoke in Wagga created Hannah’s gorgeous flower crown and bouquet, the perfect accessory for the loveliest bride! Bloody loved this day and wouldn’t mind photographing little elopements like this more often! *hint hint*
Enjoy a few of my favorite photos from Hannah and Troy’s elopement xx
